  • A Kaseya access account must first be created for you by an LTI  Kaseya Adminstrator.

• Kaseya Remote Assistance

  • An LTI Kaseya Administrator must first be logged in before you can initiate the temporary remote support session.

• Hosted E-Mail - Web Based Login (OWA)

  • This is a portal where customers with E-mail accounts hosted at LTI can access their e-mail with only a web browser. This is useful when you are using a guest computer or otherwise do not have access to your personal Outlook account.

• Hosted E-Mail - SonicWall No-Spam Login

  • In this interface you can review messages that were blocked from being sent to your inbox, and if neccessary, unjunk messages from known safe senders. Again, this is for users who host their e-mail at LTI.
