About Us - Rates

Labor Rates:

• In-House (Diagnostic Only) - $35

• In-House - $75/hr

• On-Site (Non-Network/Server related) - $90/hr

• On-Site (Network/Server related) - $125/hr

• Printers - $80/hr

• Overtime - x 1.5 on weekdays after 5pm, x 2 on weekends, x 2.5 on holidays

Fees & Payment:

Fees for our services are computed at our standard rates, plus expenses, and are based on the time our service requires. Our current fees range from $75 to $125 per hour. Service time after regular business hours, weekends, and holidays will be subjected to additional billings fees. we have a minimum 1 hour charge; all additional time is billed in 15 minute increments. Clients wishing to drop off equipment for problem assesment will be charged a fee of $35. If the Client engages Linked Technologies to resolve problem(s), the assessment fee is waived. Fees quoted are often based on a composite of the rates of those individuals assigned to the engagement. As with all professional services, actual fees may vary slightly. If fees are less than estimanted, the Client will be billed only for thoe services rendered. If the scope of the engagement changes so that the fees would be higher than anticipated, we will provide the Client with new estimates for approval immediately. Payment for service(s) is required at the time of completion unless arrangements between the Client and Linked Technologies have been agreed upon.

General Liability:

Linked Technologies shall use its best efforts in performing any service. In no event shall Linked Technologies be liable for any damages, direct or consequential, incidental or exemplary, incurred as the result of the service provided in an amount in excess of the fees received by Linked Technologies from the Client

Confidentiality:

Linked Technologies acknowledges that in the course of providing the Support Services, Linked Technologies, or its employees of, or consultants, may be supplied with  or come into possession of information which is confidential and proprietary to the Client. Linked Technologies hereby agrees that it will keep all such information confidential and will not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client. In addition, Linked Technologies agrees to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate by way of agreement with, and instruction to, its employees or consultants, as as to maintain the confidentiality of said confidential information of the Client.
